We had reached the farm and changed quickly into our human forms. Crow took the stranger into the house and i stayed out with some of the others reassuring them that he was trust worthy. They doubted that he was trusted. After a few shrugs and a few eye rolls I went into the house, the stranger was already dressed in loose pants and no shirt, he had a scar running across his shoulder. "So," He said as he leaned against the counter. The movement startled me so bad i could only look at him with my mouth hanging open. Crow snapped me out of it my stepping into my line of vision. "Oh, uh.... Well who are you?" Crow stayed in my line of vision even when the stranger moved towards the table. "I am Eziekiel." I moved around Crow and looked at Eziekiel and nodded for him to continue. He sighed "I am looking for my brother Ezaria, I am sure he passed through here-" I shook my head, "No not possible I am Alpha here I can tell when there is another shifer on my territory." I hadnt meant to have an outburst. I stood looking at him mentally challenging him to argue, With my fox so close to the surface she wanted to fight with this stranger. She decided along with the others that maybe he wasnt so trustworthy. I had to bite my lip and Crow moved up to stand beside me. I buried my face into his shoulder and the tension slowly decreased until Eziekiel spoke "so you two are...." He trailed off when Crow glared. "My bad." He muttered and was silent until I had calmed the fox and pushed her down. I sat calmy at the table in front of him. "You're brother wouldnt have come through without me noticing." He nodded "I was sure that he passed through I followed his scent from Britian." I tilted my head, "Youre British?" He nodded. "I cover my accent a lot, there are tons of people who like to hunt me down." I sat quietly for a long time thinking. "You can stay as long as you need." I stood up without another word and headed off down the hallway to my room and the shower. Last night was rough, we had gone down to the old mill and creek and marked the borders we also had a hunting party or two sent out into the old woods that were filled with rabbits. We were all exhausted. I showered, dressed and climbed into bed. Dreams came quickly and left just as quickly only blood etched itself into my brain.
